Six Story Concrete Landmark Structure Rehabilitation. Project included three buildings in scope. The main building is a six story concrete building that will be connected to two neighboring two story buildings. The neighboring two story buildings are completely gutted and new framing designed. The concrete building was analyzed to accommodate an increased loading and openings. This project will serve the new community center in Logan Square and is federal and city financed.
An addition and renovation to the existing seventeen story apartment building. The renovation occurred at the 1st and 2nd floor common space. The new construction will be constructed of steel, masonry, and glass. An additional level was designed for the rear concrete parking garage.
Landmark Dearborn Mansion. Project included complete gutting of existing framing and rehabilitation. Coach house complete gutting and rehabilitation. New rear deck and courtyard.
New five story masonry condominium building. New wood truss members, steel beams, and precast floor framing design.
